We suggest you  remove your hair nightly to ensure longevity of your lace. but if you are choosing to sleep in your units then we recommend you tie hairline down with scarf before sleeping in your nightly bonnets. just fyi when sleeping in your units you may have to refoam hairline more often than you would if you were to remove nightly.

 

Ready to ship processing time is 4-8 business days. note this is an estimated date, as you can also expect some delay in the logistics company’s end too

Custom order for current pimpmyhair members are open anytime. if you are not a member, custom orders open periodically due to our creativity . our first custom order for nonmembers will begin march 30 2024

If at anytime you have an issue with item received , please notify us asap info@thepimpmyhair.com for us to correct issue. if you are not satisfied with unit we do offer refunds. but we only offer refund base on the following conditions:

1. unit/ hair extension has not been worn at all
2. Lace still needs to be attached
3. Unit/ extensions is in the same condition as originally sent we do not offer refunds on any used item. if item, unit or extensions has been altered in anyway we do not offer refunds but if you have purchased and after some time is not happy. again send us your feedback to info@thepimpmyhair and we will accommodate if its an issue on our end. we do not do exchanges. due to the high demand of our products, we can’t do exchanges. if you have purchased an item and you no longer want it. please refer to our returns/ refund policy.

With proper maintenance units will last at least 12 to 18 months beofre needing lace maintenance and that’s if you are wearing the same unit consecutively. as we know with lace you have to be delicate and the life of your lace depends on the care you take of your units. to preserve the lace on your units for longer longevity we highly suggest having more than one in styling routine. we routinely changing out your units and routinely washing and conditioning with our pimpmyhair  products custom units will last years.

You can determine your cap size by measuring the circumference of your head. our cap sizes only come in small, medium, large. 21″-21.5″ small 22″-22.5″ medium 23″-23.5″ large

For any high lift blonde or colored unit ,you will have to keep hair moisturized. after following a wash and condition with our pimpmyhair products we suggest doing a deep conditioning by allowing hair to sit for 20 mins before rinsing with warm water . using argan oil while on the high lift blonde units.

We suggest washing every 2-3 weeks depending on the often usage of the hair at the moment. with blonde units we suggest deep conditioning once a month

For the day to day protection of your natural hair under your units, we highly suggest oiling hair and scalp daily with an oil of your choice to keep hair moisturized and oil to prevent dryness and breakage.
